To maintain the highest level of quality and preserve the uniqueness of our products, we have implemented an "All Sales Are Final on Made to Order Items" refund policy. Before making a purchase, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

No Returns or Exchanges Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order items and/or items that have been installed. Our made-to-order items are crafted with attention to detail and tailored to your preferences, making them one-of-a-kind pieces that cannot be resold. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned for a refund or exchange. In the rare event that a refund is issued, it will be provided in the form of store credit, which is valid for a lifetime.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of in-stock items, you may contact us to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase.For specific exclusions, kindly reach out to our customer support team for more information. Unfortunately, our physical stores cannot accept returns of furniture or other large items.

Refund Process In exceptional cases where a non-returnable or final sale item is approved for a return, credit will be issued with a restocking fee applied. credits will be issued in the form of original payment. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage.

ēlancē Home reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

Quality AssuranceOur team takes great care in inspecting each item before shipment to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery to report the issue. We will promptly assist you in resolving the matter and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or repair of the product, at our discretion.
